Some films have audio out of sync with the film making it un watchable. Please can someone from Apple tell me what the issue is? I’m on a 79mb connection so this is not the issue. Thanks

Only happens with this film, I’m using iPhone 10 max on a 78mb fibre connection. Both streamed and downloaded same thing happens.
I’ve also tried this on my work network with a completely different ISP and same issue.
I am using iOS 13.1.2 your latest software so this issue is not resolved!
