I got a new iPhone XR a couple of weeks ago, and have already dropped it. I dropped it from the top bunk of a bunk bed. There is no outside damages that I can see to the back, front or camera, but how could I check if there’s any internal damage? Could I take it to an Apple Store for a repair or a check up? What should I do to check for internal damage?

Yes. Call your local Apple Store and make and appointment for them to examine it. Afterwards they will tell you what your alternatives are.
You may never see any signs of internal damage.
