Hi there, hayssam163.

I see that you're concerned that anyone can access your photo library from the lock screen of your iPhone, and I'm glad to help.

Access features from the iPhone Lock screen -- You can access the Camera from the lock screen to take impromptu photos. When you take a photo using the Camera application and tap on the photo to view it, you see an option for "All Photos". If you tap that, you have to use Touch ID or your passcode to open the photos library on your phone.

Use Touch ID on iPhone and iPad -- These are the steps to set up Touch ID on your iPhone 6s.

Use a passcode with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- These are the steps to set up a passcode to access your iPhone 6s.

Take care.
