yesterday I did update of my mac and I need to accept new iCloud conditions. Every time I try, it comes as error appears. The error message just show up for a second so wasn't able to read the message. Tried to restart my pc.
I logged out of my ID and then logged in again. It worked afterwards.
Some people have fixed this by going to System Preferences/Internet Accounts and selecting the iCloud account there to access the Terms and Conditions. You will need to do that for each listed iCloud account.
