If you can't connect or sign in to iCloud - Apple Support

@leroydouglas - that doesn't actually provide any assistance with this error, so not sure why it's been marked as "Solved". This error doesn't involve forgotten passwords, or wifi connectivity, but is related (apparently) to issues with KeyChain corruption.
There's a few posts out there about resetting your Local and Login items in KeyChain (search for KeyChain in Launchpad). This worked for me a few weeks back, but the error has come back, and the fix didn't seem to work this time.
