Affinity publisher folder in iCloud is not syncing to Mac after signing out/in

After installing Catalina, I kept getting prompted to sign in with my iCloud account. After a dozen times or so, I logged out and back in. This solved the login prompts, but strangely my Affinity Publisher folder is missing from my Mac and is not getting synced. Every other iCloud Drive folder is. I can confirm the folder and files are on iCloud via the web and all my other devices. I have turned off/on my iCloud Drive preferences for Aff Pub, but didn't work.
