Hi GavinFoo,
Thanks for posting! I understand you might be having an issue with waking your MacBook Pro from sleep, and I'm glad to help.
To troubleshoot, I recommend starting with this resource: If your Mac doesn't sleep or wake when expected

10.15.3 has not resolved my crashes either. I was getting hopeful after a few good days but that hope has just been shattered with yet another inexplicable crash cycle.
10.15.3 has not resolved the "sleep/wake" issues for me either. Installed the 10.15.3 Combo Update.
FYI - I just tried removing Chrome hardware acceleration, but I’m still getting the crash on sleep. :-(
This component failure is what was responsible for the Watchdog timeout?
I think need to highlight it to Apple Leadership on this issue. https://twitter.com/aurallion/status/1240308260558614529
Should it being covered by Apple warranty during warranty period?
Dear @xocd,
Thank you so much for your kind advice. I feel much better already! I shall follow your advice.
Never use any antivirus on Mac. So this is not my case for sure
Update:
At the end, they asked me to visit their Apple Store or authorized dealer to inspect further :(
Any solution?
No solution so far. I try to service it since it is still covered under store extended warranty. Since it still crash even when clean reset/format, I think this is not software issue
