unable to connect to wifi

I have just updated my iPad Air 2, and since that was completed I now can't access my wifi. I have done everything that I can to try and get connected including, restarting my router and, as a last resort, done a totally reset to factory settings.

When I put my wifi password in it just comes back to the curser at the end of the password and no message to say "Incorrect Password" comes up. I am at a total loss as to what to try now.

Hello,

Unfortunately you will need to fully restore your iPad to factory settings.
