iPhone 11 Pro Bluetooth problems.

I have this same issue! Gone so far as to have the phone replaced under warranty. A few minutes in (sometimes a few seconds) and a weird digital robotic crackling takes over and can’t hear either side. Just on the phone!!! Did you get a solution? Thought it was related to backup but I restored to factory settings and once I logged back in, problem came back.

BUT NEVER ON THE PHONE WITH APPLE SUPPORT!

Same thing here with iPhone 11 Pro Max and iOS 13.3.

My BMW Z4 cannot find the iPhone.

My headsets Jabra Talk 45 and Plantronics PLY V5200 disconnect (all firmwares are up to date) and reconnect automatically during a conversation which creates blanks and makes hard the other parties to follow.

I did everything (repairing, Bluetooth reset, network reset...) but nothing help.

iPhone 11 Pro with IOS 13.3. Spotify music over Bluetooth sounds terrible and crackles. It’s the same on two different JBL speakers and in my Lexus RX. I’ve had to resort to only using my iPad for music listening over Bluetooth. Apple.... Fix This!

I have same issue with car Bluetooth audio quality and it disconnects while connecting. The audio quality is poor with cracking noise in my 2014 Subaru. I didn’t face this issue with my previous android phone. Also while attending the call it disconnects and needs to be connected to car audio again manually which is distracting the car drive. Also the navigation audio from phone not transmitted over Bluetooth first, it does only after playing some audio from the phone.

Weber Since I got the 11 Pro I have had tons of Bluetooth issues I’m having to shut my phone off several times a day it will disconnect the sound will stop working or it’s horrible connectionI left Samsung galaxy forThis very reason these same issues because I don’t like my work out being interrupted I don’t like my workday being interrupted

I shouldn’t have to waste my time cycling phones on and off repairing boot Bluetooth 1 million timesThat’s ridiculous it should just work?My ten was great had no issuesDo I need to leave iPhone for the very same reasons?

I have a iPhone 11 pro max and I’m having the same issue in my van it connects then randomly disconnects and reconnects. But in my car and Milwakee radio the sound crackles

Tried all suggested steps with no success. Very disappointed...

I hope it’s just a software glitch that would be fixed with the next iOS update.

Same problem. After upgrading from an iPhone 8 (which worked flawlessly) to an iPhone 11 Pro, I can no longer take calls in my car via bluetooth because the audio quality is crackly/horrible.

On top of the poor audio quality (cracks) iPhone does not announce the name of the incoming call, although it is set to “on”.

Hope this gives tech support some additional guidance.

I am running 13.2.2 on the iPhone 11 Pro that I just installed last night and still have "scratchy" audio when connected to my Airpod Pros or in my Toyota RAV4 bluetooth. Not sure what to do next.

Tried it a couple of times - does not work on a Porsche Cayenne 2012.

Sorry I guess I posted too soon. The problem of scratchy noise went away when I reboot and reconnected but it is back the next day!! 😤

This is obviously affecting a lot of people. Can we get a response here from someone?

Same issue here. Unbelievable, especially since my iphone 7 had fantastic sound quality on BMW bluetooth

I have problem with quality of phone calls over bmw bluethoot sins i change phone for iphone 11 pro , any sugestion
