I'm experiencing a frustrating problem with Importing audio into logic. When I import audio into the project, instrumentals for example, the playback is fast speed. Not sure how this problem started and not sure how to fix this problem. I'm also not sure if the Catalina update has something to do with it. If anyone has any solutions , I'll appreciate it greatly!

You should check that the sample frequency of your audio matches the sample frequency set in Logic. This sounds like it doesn't.

Hey so apparently the sample rates seem to be the same, however I'm still having the same problem.
Solution:
Update to Logic 10.4.7
This helped me!!!
Im still having the same problem even after checking sample rate.
