I was trying to help my sister, who has recently had a major medical event enter emergency info on her phone, an iPhone 8 which is running IOS 13.1.
We were unable to find an option to type in Medical info, only select hospitals for medical records. This was upsetting.
Did we overlook it? Please provide instructions if the option still exists.

I know how important it is to have the medical information as well as contact information up to date on her iPhone. With iOS 13 the location of the Medical ID information did change slightly. Follow the steps in this article to see how you can update your sister's medical information: Set up your Medical ID in the Health app on your iPhone.
