I had done no damage to the phone, and I had only had it for about a week. I made an appointment at a local apple store the same day & they replaced it on the spot since my phone was still under warranty & they had the same phone in stock. The issue started happening the morning after my phone had updated to IOS 13.3.1, so I thought that this might have been related to the update, but the apple store employee told me it was likely a hardware issue. Since your phone is only 3 months old, it is still under warranty I think, and if they find that there is no other solution (reset won’t solve, etc) they will probably replace it for you as well
(btw you might want to ask them to check the analytic data to see the panic log- they did this for me anyway, but the person on this post said theirs was not checked. Once the employee saw the panic log come up in my phone, he immediately told me they were going to replace it.)
