Trackpad freezing after "sleep"

Hi

I have a MacBook Pro 13 inch (with Touch Bar) -2019 and I have the following problem:

• my trackpad/cursor would RANDOMLY freeze when I wake the computer from sleep..it would freeze for a few seconds and then work fine. This does not happen all the time, but happens at random times.

I have tried the following solutions:

1. pram reset
2. smc reset
3. safe mode
4. reinstalling OS
5. updating to catalina
6. trying out a new user account
7. exchanging the entire laptop altogether with a new one (same model)

Does anyone else face this problem?

Any solutions (apart from the 7 mentioned above)?
