Apple Card

I have an Apple Card and the application and approval were virtually instant.

My wife went through the application process early today and after 6 hrs she has not received anything about approval. The application stated she would receive an email.

How long does this email normally take to arrive opposed to the instant approval I received and should she go thuthe application process again?
