hello,
I bought an used iPhone 7 around 18 months ago & the seller gave it me after reseting the device & there is no iCloud or activation lock on it.
I simply starts using it after putting my apple ID & i also makes regular backups of my iPhone on my MacBook pro
Yesterday i rested it & after reset it takes me to activation lock screen , i tried my apple ID and password several times but it does not work,
how can i unlock it
please help

you will need to contact the previous owner to have them log out of iCloud or go to iCloud.com/Find My Phone and erase the device, then remove it from their account. If you can’t do that, the device is useless. Apple won't help with 2nd hand phones.
