Someone has to start the start the trial. If you're in a Family Sharing group one person joins, and all the others get access. Try signing out of your Apple ID and then sign in again in case that helps. Perhaps there are new terms to agree to.

Did you sign up for the trial subscription or was it another family member? Have you set up Game Centre? I don't have an answer for you, but I have a problem opening games in a second account on Apple TV and Game Center is the only difference I can think of between the two accounts.

No I didn't sign up for trial and also I wasn't in another family sharing. My Game Center is set up and I turn it off and reset my device, but the problem doesn't solve.
