When I start any Apple TV arcade game, I get a splash screen that says I am “subscribed”, but I can’t get past that screen to play any games.
arcade was working on this Apple TV last weekend.
Arcade is still working on my iPhone.
I have tried signing in/out of my iCloud ID and also tried restarting the Apple TV . Still stuck.
has any one solved this issue?

I had the same thing happen. I just unplugged the AppleTV and plugged it back in. It started working

In my case it got solved by itself when the subscription renewed after a week of having the issue. But for me it was happening on all devices.
Maybe you are trying to access the games using a different profile?
I had this issue too and solved it! I went to Settings and selected “Restart.” When the Apple TV turned back on, I launched Arcade and was able to play games. Hope this helps you.
I have the same problem. Switching users doesn't always help, but a restarting always fixes the problem. It's pretty ridiculous that this happens.
I tried the restart option on Apple TV 4K and that worked for me but I see that there seems to be no fixed solution for all. Weird and annoying.

Same thing is happening to me on all my devices now. Even though I already have a subscription and have been using the games, I get the same error now when trying to access them on either my iPhone, iPad or Apple TV.
Thanks, Apple support had me try restarting it, which did not work.
Also had me reset my AppleTV to factory default using my mac.
nothing worked.
I may try it again in a few months to see if it works.

Thanks, I have spent more than an hour with two different senior advisors, and just now finished uploading the analytics to Apple. Lol, not sure why Apple Arcade hates my Apple TV so much.
Not solved, I gave up and canceled arcade
arcade has been working for us on Apple TV 4K since it’s launch but as of 1hr ago same exact problem. Splash screen that says subscribed. Any remedy’s for that?
