AppleTV arcade games don’t run , but show a subscribed screen instead

it works fine on my phone and macs just not on Apple tv4k

Mine is working again now! They must have had some downtime. Games, here we come...

Thanks for the suggestion, but I went through all that with the support people from Apple, plus a ton more stuff (including sending them diagnostic files). Never found a solution

I have the same problem but on the iphone - i registered for the subscription free trial on my ipad but i am now stuck on the iphone :p

I gave up and cancelled. Should have known better to try. Apple has gone way down hill since 2011.

Have you changed user profiles? I'd selected my wife's user profile in the Apple TV and saw the same thing. Switching back to mine allowed access to my Apple Arcade games. The odd thing is that others are clearly able to switch profiles. I'm wondering if it is relevant that my wife's account hasn't, as far as I know, been attached to Game Center.
