Where are track options?

Just opened the new non-itunes Music app for the first time on my laptop, plugged in my iPod Classic because I realized that an album has the tracks in an order that isn't the actual track order. I wanted to change this, because why would you ever want the tracks to be in an order other than chronological? So I opened the iPod in Music, and track # isn't one of the factors listed, and I can't find a way to make it possible. This is the dumbest most petty feature I can imagine in a music player. Default to showing tracks in the correct order, and then if someone wants to reorder them for some weird reason, let THEM do the work of figuring out how to do that.

See What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support for some background on the changes in Catalina. In the Songs view in the Music app you would typically sort as Album by Artist to view albums in the correct track and disc number order grouped by album artist.
