4th gen iPod Shuffle and macOS Catalina

So I just update my Mac to Catalina and am having some serious doubts about iTunes... or I should say Music, Podcasts, and TV. Besides it being irritatingly slow, I can't seem to find any way to sync my wonderfully trusty iPod shuffle with the new Podcasts.

I have zero desire to switch to a new device seeing as the one I have is working wonderfully. If Apple has dropped support, well, that sucks, but at least I will know that I am not the problem and I'll stop looking for solutions.

So... can I still sync music and podcasts in the Catalina with my iPod shuffle?
