Ghost delete/backspace button

On any typing, the delete button goes crazy without me touching it. I have an IPad Pro with Ipad os. It does it with both the bluetooth keyboard and the on screen keyboard. It nearly renders my Ipad useless. I believe it is a software issue. I have reset the ipad several times< but the problem persists over several days.

Ipad I use my iPad in a Logitech case. When I try to type, the iPad key board pops up. It will go away when I tap on the keyboard icon in the lower right corner but as soon as I try to type on the external keyboard it pops up again. How do I stop this?

Issue when I disconnect iPad from magic keyboard ipad touch screen and buttons stop responding when i disconnect it from magic keyboard after 5-10min it will go haywire then work again.

Hello,

Please verify that iPad’s display is clean of any debris or oil.

yes my iPad is clean and i am using a bluetooth keyboard as well. It does the issue with the Bluetooth keyboard and the on screen keyboard.
