No longer able to move apps saved to homepage in or out of folders since iOS update 13.1.2
Any fixes or get around for moving apps in and out of folders on homepage. This no longer works since changes to function in latest iOS update?

Sorry can't find the post now, but it basically said it had something to do with the ZOOM function in ACCESSIBILITY in your settings being turned on, so to go to that and turn it off. That was it but it worked!
