Status bar is along the right side of my screen while in safari

From what I've read and understand is that your status bar is on the right side of the screen. I'd like to help. Are you using landscape mode? If so, this is expected when in landscape mode the top is the side of the iPhone. If this isn't the case, and you're using portrait mode, try restarting the iPhone to see if that helps: Restart your iPhone

If this doesn't help resolve the issue, try resetting all settings: Return iPhone settings to their defaults

"Reset All Settings: All settings—including network settings, the keyboard dictionary, the Home screen layout, location settings, privacy settings, and Apple Pay cards—are removed or reset to their defaults. No data or media are deleted".

Is there an upcoming update to resolve this issue? because this is not an one-time occurrence, I have had this occur for multiple times today. Restarting the phone does work, but it does not solve the problem in the long run.

this is clearly a bug for the ios 13 system and not a user problem. Please update me on when this issue will be fixed.

I have attached a screenshot of Saferi with the status bar on the right side of the screen.

You are the first person that I have seen post about this, so it is not clearly a bug. It is a glitch on your phone. Did you try resetting all settings?

Did you try a forced restart of your phone? Quickly press volume up , volume down and then hold the side button until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Yes. I have also tried resetting all settings on my phone. This started to occur since 13.1.1 update. Originally it was only with 1 APP, but with the newest 13.1.3 update, the issue has expanded to all apps ( excluding homescreen and lockscreen).
