Open the Settings App
Find and tap Safari
Scan towards the bottom and choose where you want the search bar (top or bottom)
Open the Settings App
Find and tap Safari
Scan towards the bottom and choose where you want the search bar (top or bottom)
Settings -> Safari -> TABS -> Toggle the selection from "Single Tab" to "Tab Bar".
This change will instantly take effect.
