Unable to install Profiles on Apple TV 4K TVOS 13.0 via Apple Configurator 2.11

Hello,

I want to install a WLAN-Profile with Certificate on a paired Apple TV 4K via Apple Configurator 2.11 but it fails even when I accept the installation on the Apple TV itself.

What I have done:

Paired the Apple TV 4K via Bluetooth -> Shows up in the Configurator Screen

Add Profil -> Select the Profile -> On the Apple TV I allowed the Installation

BUT the Profil won't install on the Apple TV and I got an Error on the Apple Configurator Screen (Action was required). And I can not see any Profiles on the Apple TV itself.

This was the Way it worked for me before the update from TV OS12 to TV OS 13.
