Buying a movie in different country store
Hi! Can I buy a movie using (for example) Russian Apple TV store, then switch to other country and still have the movie purchased and available for downloading?

Probably not, plus it would be very difficult unless you had a credit card and a mailing address in Russia. Read this document:

You would have to change your store country, not simply go to the Russian version of the store.
