Buy a movie from another itunes country store

Is it possible to buy a movie from another Itunes country store? I even bought a VPN and it still does not work. I saw a similar question asked in 2013 and was thinking that it may be solved by then.

Any help?

No. If your own country's iTunes Store doesn't have it, a non-Apple store might.
