My Logitech Wirelsss Keyboard K800 and Mouse 510 using the Unifying Receiver no longer working upon updating to Catalina. Tried repairing units to receiver and the Receiver see them, but no signal getting to the computer.

My K380 and M570 both work here. What I don't have is the logitech control panel, so losing that might help.
Yes and my M570 is working normally. Have you tried dumping the Logitech control panel?
K380 is Bluetooth! I'm referring to 2.4Ghz Wireless
You're right. However the M570 isn't, it's wireless.

I can see it. It makes zero mention of the control panel, hence my question.
Not sure what you mean by control panel. But I believe that's for customization which I do not need and never used in the past.
Only thing needed in the past is the pairing of the device to the receiver and that is done.
So APPLE changed something and it APPEARS they DID NOT inform their 3rd party associates!

With all these done, my mouse is usable but with some sort of mouse lag. We may have to wait for another update from Logitech
