Macbook Pro 13 inch with Touchbar 2017 screen/display flickering problem

I have a Macbook Pro 13 inch with Touchbar 2017 with the following specs;

3.1Ghz dual-core intel i5

16Gb ram

512Gb ssd

4-thunderbolt 3 ports

intel iris plus graphic

I found a problem on top of my display, there some flickering line that are not really visible if I use a dark-color background/wallpaper but when I turn the wallpaper to a very light color especially yellow & red the flickering line can be seen very clear as the flickering horizontal line colors are like blue-red-green. I connected the macbook to external monitor and no problem at all, it only happen on my macbook display. This macbook considered still very new with battery cycle 145 only and just about 2years old with this kind expensive issue. Hence, I guess for sure there are a lot of other user having this kind of issue too which very fcking frustrated. Anything Apple can do about it, maybe some recall or replacement programme? I'm not paying more than 1000 dollars to have this problem in short period of time.
