Notifications after I watch update

Hi since the very latest update on Apple I watch I don’t get notifications for watts app twitter and a few other apps my notifications are all turned on on the watch just nothing coming through I have a Apple Nike series 4 watch can anyone help

I am experiencing the same. I receive the messages, etc; but I am not receiving the alerts/sounds.
