Powers Beats Pro Connection Issue

I've recently purchased the power beats pro and I came across an issue while using this product. It works fine but there would be moments that taking the power beats pro out of your ears and a few minutes later putting them back on, will no longer connect and it is unable to use until you put it back in the case and goes back to working just fine. Is it a defect? or is there some way to resolve this issue? The power beats pro is up to date with its software.
