Power Beats Pro (Left Ear Bud not working When Connected to MAC)

Hi,


Purchased my power beats pro just about 2 months ago, Playing fine when connected to my iphone, but when switching connection to MAC. Only the right earbud is working, while i am still able to pause the video using me left earbud controls. Tried Resetting the device and reconnecting after removing from connections and updating the OS software on the devices. The issue still persists. what needs to be done to fix this?

You've done some great troubleshooting so far! Next, restart your Mac and try connecting your Beats again: Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac


If the issue persists, restart the Mac in safe mode and test for the issue there: How to use safe mode on your Mac
