iPhone 11 Pro Max clicking noise when pressed

Hello

I returned my last iPhone 11 Pro Max after it was making a clicking noise in the middle of the screen and near the Apple logo when I pressed softly.

I got a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max today after waiting 3 weeks on this because it was out of stock. However, its doing exactly the same sound. This time even worse, the screen is popping and making a clicking sound in the middle of the phone when I press softly.

Do you guys have problem with this? This is my second time with the iPhone 11 Pro Max. I have called Apple again, and they will send a new one. However, if the third one is doing the same I am done with Apple.

Anyone having this issue as well?

I haven't noticed that until I saw your post. I checked mine and I barely hear a clicking noise but I have to press it hard. Sometimes cant even hear it. I was thinking to ask for a new phone but it is not a big deal. Its sad that 1000+ "premium" device have that hardware problems. Is your third device also does that ?

I know the refurbished are like brand new but I just paid a down payment of $578 for a brand new phone and I don’t want a refurbished. Also I don’t mind the back logo clicking because I don’t press that area but the sides making clicking noises is really annoying to me. Especially considering the price of the phone. I love this phone too but not sure if I’ll keep it and I’m not sure if the smaller one makes this same noise too.

Hi everyone.

Unfortunately I also have this issue, but it’s nothing for me in comparison with another one: when I taping near the center of screen (messaging or something) my taps became louder. This noise really confusing me and I’m thinking about to get it back.

Very disappointing, because I really love this phone and I don’t want to buy another model.

Maybe someone have the same problem?

Ithink it isn’t normal. I have an iPhone Xs and it does the same thing. I will go to the Apple store to see what really causes the problem.

Same problem. Replacement phone also has the same problem but not as bad. I’m a huge Apple fan but this is very disappointing. Especially for the high price point.

Not only max. My 11 pro regular makes that click when slightly twisted.

I think I have one year apple care. But I don’t want to get a refurbished phone after I just spent tons of money on a new device. Aren’t their replacements refurbished?
