Touch ID works to unlock phone but stopped working on Fidelity App
I had previously owned an iphone 6 and used touch ID to access the app to log in. After I bought a new Iphone 7 and I switched carriers, App states, "Touch ID login currently unavailable. Please login with username and password." Since I have a very long and complicated password to secure my retirement account, it would be nice if touch ID worked. The bizarre thing is that otherwise touch ID works fine to unlock the phone and with other apps. My iOS version is 13.1.2
