after upgrade to mac os catalina on my macbook air, my citrix did not work with error the remote ssl peer sent a handshake failure alert. do you have any solution for this?? thanks.

The SSL security protocol has been supplanted by TLS v1.2 for most secure connections over the Internet. If you are still using a Citrix client that uses only SSL may be the reason that you are seeing this error in macOS Catalina which has increased security over earlier Apple OS releases. Did you check with Citrix to verify that you have their latest Citrix client that works with Catalina?

One workaround is to download the Citrix App for Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/citrix-workspace/haiffjcadagjlijoggckpgfnoeiflnem/related?hl=en.


Once you have downloaded it, open the App, enter the web address through which Citrix accesses your remote service. You should get access to your regular login in page. Login as normal, and you should be good to go. It worked for me.
