please give me email address dirrect for apple support ?
There is no direct email support for Apple; you would need to go through the contact support link in the upper right corner and go through the triage questions until you get different options to connect with support.
I just found your identical post; it is not helpful to double post as it gets too confusing.
Only if, after going through the triage, Apple thinks that is one of the best options. they seem to prefer that you give them your phone number and a time to call and they will supposedly call you. I've seen too many posts of people waiting and waiting (and I have), so that is not an acceptable option for me. Unless I know what the hardware problem is and will wind up with an option to take it in, I do not use the online process. I simply call support - fortunately, that still works.
I absolutely understand, why Apple chooses to get in contact with a user via email , if they think it is necessary, and not give the user this as a first contact option.
I only wanted to point out, that Apple is mentioning the email contact option on their Support page, that's why I posted the link.
Yes, I know they do - why I do not know because I have never gotten an email option. The three usual "suspects" are:
give us your phone number and we will call you
chat with us
take it to a store of your choice (with the opportunity to get an appointment at the Genius Bar
The only time email was offered was when a support rep did not have an answer and said they would send the documents/whatever later.
Me neither...
Stumbled upon it proving up an answer to somebody long ago
Probably has something to do with the need to hear a "detailed story" beyond what the triage elicits - response email may contain a "list" of stuff to provide answers (??)
If you follow the link Get Support from the Apple Support Site, you'll see this:
So, contact via email might be an option after all.
Please send me the link.thank you
Did you already check this link to view all of the options to contact Apple Support?
You did not read babowa's response. There is no such link.
Yep
BUT
The "triage" has to determine that Apple thinks it is necessary
AND
it is a FORM submit - not an email address
😁😎✌
A mere anomaly. In 20 years, I have never been offered that option.
