After updating my iPhone to iOS 13 I did get a problem, I can’t send MMS.
From Message I cant start my camera, I can send a text as “green” message but not add a picture.
Also tried to send from Camera app, but the “green” send button do not respond :-(
My carrier says everything is ok on their site...
Some tips?

I can send SMS (green), but not add a picture, the camera button is "dead", so I can't attach a picture. It also the same problem if I'm trying to send a picture from camera app.
iMessage is working.
So still problems, and the carrier says that its my phone....
