Mail slow to load, blanks out IOS 13.1.3

After getting hit with the bug in 13.1.1 and 13.1.2 I'm still having mail issues in 13.1.3.

Things like:

- Clicking on an email doesnt show the content just loads for 5+ minutes

-new mail doesnt show up unless I toggle the unread filter on and off a few times

-Recent mail isnt showing up and instead shows weeks old mail before using the toggle unread filter work around

The icon shows there are new unread messages. Launch the app and wait 10 seconds before they are displayed. Count to 10 now................That is an eternity for an email list refresh. Mail crashes on iPad mini iOS 9 Mail crashes on iPad mini ios9. Opens then closes. But leaves a deleted email ( from trash) as a screen. I swipe it away. Same thing happens every time. Mail works fine on iPad and iPhone. I have deleted and reinstalled bt mail account and reset settings. Any ideas please [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I have the same problem. Plus the number of new emails don’t show in the red bubble.
