According to https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209440 once you sign into the Apple TV app on a non-Apple device, it should show up in the devices section on https://appleid.apple.com/.
i signed into the Roku Apple TV app and I’m not seeing my Roku listed on my Apple ID account page. I’m defiantly signed in as I can see and play my library, but my Roku doesn’t show up there.
Does it show up for anyone else?

When did you sign in and did you use the mobile sign in (QR code) or user name and password?
So far I’ve had 2 other people who signed in the first day confirm that they aren’t seeing their Roku show up on the Apple ID page.
I signed in today and used the Mobile Sign In (QR code)
My Roku 3810x Streaming Stick+ shows up in the device list on appleid.apple.com. It's displayed as a TV icon with description of "Roku 3810x". Not an issue for me.
I signed out and back in with my Premiere+ and it’s still not showing up. It works fine, but it’s not listed as being on my account.
I’ve now also signed into my Amazon Fire TV 4K stick and I’m not seeing that on the appleid.apple.com page under devices either.
I’m still only seeing my iOS devices and Windows iTunes.
