Catalinas iOSs Finder sync folders out of alphabetical order

I didn't notice this problem after my first sync with Catalina, but as of today, when I am trying to sync my music to my iPhone and I have the playlists in Folders in Apple Music (formerly iTunes), the Playlists show up completely out of order.

Here is an example my Big Finish Doctor Who albums in Apple Music:

And the Same folder in Catalina's Finder:

And this is for every folder of music that I have in Apple Music. They all show up completely out of order.

I submitted Feedback to Apple, but am wondering if anyone else has seen anything like this.

I do have a huge music library, and it started in SoundJam MP many many years ago.
