Missing iCloud Email from Mail App

I’ve been prepping to exit the google world. I’m using my first iPhone. I set the phone up using my google email. I then setup an iCloud email and added it to the phone. I have had both gmail and iCloud inboxes. As of today, I only see the Gmail account in the mail app. I am on 13.1.3.

In the settings, I see both email accounts. I can login to icloud.com and see I have icloud email. However, I no longer see the account in the mail app.

Thoughts?
