I had supervision meetings for my job, so my supervisor sent me a calendar event for a specific day and time every week. I no longer work there anymore but I can’t delete the event from my calendar and it keeps reminding me on that day. I don’t see a delete event button or anything.

Oh your iPhone open the Calendar app. Tap Calendars and tap the i next to the calendar that was shared with you. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Delete Calendar.

If I understand your post correctly, you no longer need a shared calendar event that is reoccurring. I’d like to help.
If the event was created by someone else use these steps:
Unsubscribe from a calendar
If you want to stop subscribing to someone else’s calendar, you can unsubscribe from it.
In the Calendar appon your Mac, Control-click the calendar in the calendar list, then choose Unsubscribe.
If you don’t see the calendar list on the left, choose View > Show Calendar List.

so on my Mac the event doesn’t show up it’s just on my phone . And I still don’t have a delete button or unsubscribe button on my iPhone calendar
