Hi there patti-ann257,

Thank you for the post. I see you're getting an error when you try opening some of your apps.

Are you part of a Family Sharing group, or were you previously? It sounds like these apps might've been downloaded using Family Sharing. If that's correct, I recommend starting here: Share App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases with Family Sharing

"Review your Family Sharing settings

When you join a family, you're asked to confirm the Apple ID that you use for making App Store, iTunes Store, and Apple Books purchases. After you choose and confirm your Apple ID, you can share purchases from that account with your family members.

Review your Family Sharing settings to make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID and that purchase sharing is turned on.

iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

  1. Tap Settings > [your name] > Family Sharing. On iOS 10.2 or earlier, tap Settings > iCloud > Family.
  2. Under Shared Features, tap Purchase Sharing.
  3. Make sure Share My Purchases is turned on, and that your account information is correct."

I hope this helps get you started. Take care.
