Non-Native Apps Not Working

None of my non-native apps with open.

I have tried re-downloading them, signing in and out of the app store, restarting my phone (multiple times), and resetting the phone (multiple times). I can neither open or download non-native apps.

I have checked for phone updates, updated everything that I could, and still nothing it working. This occurs both on and off Wifi.
