I got my green iphone 11 on the 20th of September when they were released. I was super careful because its expensive, never put it face down, never put it in my pockets with anything. Yet on the 3rd day in the top right corner of the screen was a bunch of parallel scratches. This isnt okay...

I have weird smudge like marks which aren’t raised like scratches. Phone been well looked after but only 3 weeks old, it’s ruined. Had a7+ for four years and was still immaculate. If you go to US forum, there is heaps of issues with this screen. Rubbish Apple, please do something
