iOS 13 No option to change from HEIC to JPEG

I want to change my camera from taking HEIC (High Efficiency) to JPEG (Most Compatible).


Please don't tell me to go to do the following:

    1. Start the Settings app on your iOS device.
    2. Scroll down to “Camera” and click into it.
    3. Then press into “Formats”.


If you look at screenshot, you will see the option is not available in the camera options. There is no "FORMATS" option.

Any chance you are using a iPhone prior to the iPhone 7? It may not support the HEIC option. I have an iPhone 6s and the Format option doesn't show up for reasons described in this article:
