Health App Komoot Data Missing

I am a new Komoot user and I am trying to get the Cycling Distance data from Komoot to link to Health App. The link is established but when I open the "Data Sources & Access" page in Health App and click on Komoot I get a "no data" message. Can anyone advise what you have done to make this connection work? The data from my Apple Watch is showing up under data, but not Komoot data.

That's correct. The data from Komoot is not being read by the Apple Health App. The connection is established and the Komoot App shows up in the Sources area of Apple Health App, just no data in the Apple Health App. Tried to uninstall, reinstall and relink multiple times. Checked the privacy settings and all seems to set correctly. Just will not read the data from Komoot. Komoot is talking with other apps fine so I am confident it is set up right and working.

I see you gone into Settings>Privacy>Health, and checked to see if this app is listed for permission to update Health data, correct? Well, while it may be the iPhone, it would not hurt to check with the developer. Otherwise, you are going to have to contact Apple Support. I cannot see any other connection settings that could help. You seem to have performed everything I can think of.
