Still has issues. In email, saving drafts doesn’t work. They disappear....

Try removing the account, power cycle the phone, then add the account back. If you still experience a problem, then go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. Understand you will also lose your saved wi-fi passwords.
