my facetime button in the group chat is greyed out.
my facetime button in the group chat is greyed out. and when i join the call i can't see them but they can see me. i have an iphone 6, does that matter?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to do Group FaceTime.
Group FaceTime video calls requires iPhone 6s or later. You can join calls, but only as an audio participant. You can learn more here: Use Group FaceTime on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
