apple configurator 2 does not save changes of home screen to iPad or iPhone

I use Catalina 10.15 with the first rolled out patch and Apple Configurator 2 to change the homescreens. If I have prepared the apps order and want to transfer to iPad Pro 12.9" or iPhone 6s the changes are not made on them. Both clients have the newest IOS.

Also the layout of the Configurator does not show correctly the surface of the iPad Pro, the window is too small to show the correct order.

Do you have the same problems?

Yup. Issue us now resolved. For the attention of all, AC2 can now be used in the provisioning workflow for iOS 14, but not for iOS 13.

However...

You can arrange the screens in any order.

You can move apps from one screen to another.

On a single screen, you can drag any app to be the last one on the screen.

But what you CANNOT do is arrange apps on a screen in any order you wish (a blue insertion bar used to appear as you dragged an app around).

So...

Although you can provision screens and the apps that will be on those screens, you cannot set the layout of the apps on those screens as part of provisioning.

Finally, iOS allows widgets on home screens. You cannot arrange these using AC2.

Unsatisfactory, really.

The problems are going on.

This message I wrote to Apple:

Configurator is not scaling window enough so it's not possible to see and move alle iccons of iPad 2018 12,9".

New iPhone 12 Pro generates a failure message, I try to translate:

An unexptected failure on iPhone has happened, communication with help program is not working. Try again and start the program again (I did without success).

Failure message: NSCocoaErrorDomain - 0x1001 (4097)

After Update Configurator to version 2.13.2 (5B53) iPad pro is working in unmanaged mode with iPad Pro 12.9, with iPhone 12 Pro the same problem exists.
